The Newton Control Panel Pro 2 is a class-leading pump control panel with many unique features which has been designed by Newtons to provide the ultimate in pump operation and diagnostic. The panel features interfaces for use with Newton power back-up and telemetry systems as well as connections to whole house alarm and monitoring systems. The Control panel PCB is split with two separate circuits, ensuring that pumping will continue even if one of the control circuits should fail. This effectively means that Newton Control Panel Pro 2 is two control panels in one case, offering unrivalled redundancy.

Sophisticated Twin Pump Control

Self diagnostic programs test the pumps on a weekly basis to ensure correct pump performance with the appointed service engineer automatically informed of any detected problem with either of the pumps if the Newton Dialer telemetry system is installed.

Newton High Water Level Alarm (PA12)

The Newton High Level Water Alarm PA12 has been designed to detect high water levels within pump sump chambers and is included within the Newton Titan-Pro and Newton Titan pumping systems. The Alarm is powered by a standard 9V PP3 battery. It can be programmed to automatic reset or manual reset after an alarm occurrence. A mute button to the front face silences the alarm once the alarm condition is discovered. The red flashing alarm light gives visual indication of an alarm condition and this light will continue to show even when the alarm sounder is muted.

Battery back up facilities for pumps of 150W and 400W is provided by the Newton 1200w Power Converter C1. The unit receives 12V power from a deep cycle leisure battery and converts this into 230V mains power to ensure that the Newton Pump continues to operate even during a power outage.

A two phase charger ensures that the battery is fully charged at all times by trickle charging to keep the battery at optimal charge and then by boosting up to 20 Amps to quickly re-charge the battery after extended use.

The Newton 3000w Power Converter C2 receives 12V power from a deep cycle leisure battery and converts this into 230V mains power to ensure that the Newton Pump continues to operate even during a power outage.

A two phase charger ensures that the battery is fully charged at all times by trickle charging to keep the battery at optimal charge, and then by boosting up to 20 Amps to quickly re-charge the battery after extended use.

This 3000W unit is designed to be used with single Newton pumps with power outputs of up to 750W only or with dual pumps of 400W to 750W when switched by one of our Control Panels.

Purchase Code C2 is for the Power Converter only. Purchase code C4 includes a 115A/H deep cycle leisure battery, a secure battery box, and the power leads for connection to the mains and the battery.

The Power Converter will provide approximately 24 hours* of protection to a pump that is operating every 30 minutes within our Titan-Pro Sump Chamber. Further protection can be achieved with the use of additional batteries (* This is the typical figure for most installations. Higher pumping head and longer discharge line can reduce this figure).
